Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort is seeking a friendly Front Office All-Rounder to support our Front Office and Guest Services teams, ensuring a warm, seamless experience from arrival to departure.

The successful candidate will have hotel Front Office or customer-facing hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Opera Cloud and MS Office skills are valued, with weekend and public holiday rosters common.

Qualifications

• Has experience in hotel Front Office or a customer-facing hospitality role.
• Has a genuine passion for creating great guest experiences.
• Communicates confidently and enjoys connecting with people.
• Is proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded.
• Is flexible to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins and departures
• Responding to guest enquiries and service requests
• Assisting guests with luggage and providing porter services
• Assisting with concierge enquiries including local recommendations, bookings and guest requests
• Promoting Accor loyalty programs and upselling opportunities
• Working closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Completing guest records and general Front Office administration

Job Description
