Job summary

Bailey Brewing Co. is seeking casual front-of-house staff including Duty Manager, Wait Staff, Floor Staff and general FOH roles. Join a fast-paced hospitality team delivering exceptional service in a themed brewery venue near Henley Brook.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for food, beer and coffee, strong customer service, POS and booking system experience, and RSA certification. Flexible hours across six days per week are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with point-of-sale systems and online booking tools.
• Strong customer service skills with a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at each table.
• Support the venue team with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Maintain a welcoming and efficient front-of-house environment.
• Collaborate with bar and floor staff to ensure smooth service.
