Job summary

Unity Hall Hotel is seeking a Front of House team member to support our new restaurant and bar. This casual role offers shifts across days, nights, and weekends, with exposure to restaurant service, bar support, and general floor operations.

You will help maintain high standards of service and venue presentation, assist with opening and closing procedures, and support the team during peak periods to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service (restaurant, cafe or bar preferred).
• Strong communication and a calm, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent service standards.
• RSA required.
