Job summary

Bailey Brewing Co. is seeking casual front-of-house staff including Duty Manager, Wait Staff, Floor Staff and general FOH roles. Join a fast-paced hospitality team delivering exceptional service in a themed brewery venue near Henley Brook.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for food, beer and coffee, strong customer service, POS and booking system experience, and RSA certification. Flexible hours across six days per week are required.

About the Roles

Reporting to the Venue Manager and Duty Manager on shift, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience at every table you serve. Some other points that may be required from our waitstaff:

• An authentic passion for food, beer and coffee
• Customer service driven with the ability to adhere to a high standard of set service standards
• Experience with P.O.S (we use IMPOS)
• Experience with Now Book It (or other online booking systems)
• Reliable, professional and a hard-working nature
• The ability to work in a team and be motivated by others
• Experience in a fast- paced working environment
• A solid background of bar and basic cocktail experience
• Valid WA RSA certificate
• Our ideal candidates will have a hand on approach, be self-driven and most importantly a team player.

Due to the nature of the business it is essential the potential candidates are flexible with working hours. Our core business is providing the best customer service to our clients and this role is essential in setting the scene for exceptional customer service. Our venue operates 6 days per week, Tuesday to Friday from 11am until 10pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am to 10pm.

The successful candidates may be required to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, including on weekends depending on scheduled structured rosters, functions and events.
