Qualifications

• RSA certificate (up-to-date).
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, serve, and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Follow service procedures to uphold exceptional customer service.
• Describe menu items accurately and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Adhere to alcohol service regulations and ensure responsible beverage service.
• Process payments using our systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with bar staff, servers, and kitchen team for smooth service.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
