Job summary

Melbourne Food and Brew in Burwood East is recruiting for Front Of House, Bar Staff and Leadership positions. This is a hands-on, customer-first role in a busy venue where craft beer and elevated pub dining are central.

You’ll work on the floor during service, support the team, and, for leadership applicants, coach and train FOH staff while keeping high service standards and guest experiences at the heart of every shift. Part-time with pathways to full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stay composed in busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Floor service during busy shifts.
• Support front-of-house and bar operations.
• Coach and motivate FOH team (leadership role).
• Maintain service standards and guest care.
• Assist with stock control and service planning.
