Job summary

Sunneva Brewing is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the floor, bar and kitchen teams, ensuring smooth service from open to close. You will be hands-on, serve customers, support staff, and resolve issues as they arise to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience in supervisory roles, strong communication, and a calm, organised approach during busy periods, with an RSA for Victoria and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience with supervisory or management duties.
• Able to lead a team and also jump behind bar or clear tables.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Current Victorian RSA certificate.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the floor and bar team during service.
• Creating a friendly, welcoming experience for every guest.
• Allocating staff and managing breaks during shifts.
• Supporting and training new team members.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.
• Managing bookings, table flow and larger groups.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
• Cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
• Monitoring stock levels and communicating ordering requirements.
