Job summary

Caloundra RSL Club invites applications for a Front of House Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will take drink and food orders, assist guests, process sales through the POS, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

We value motivated individuals with RSA and a Certificate II in Hospitality Operations, plus 1–2 years in Food & Beverage service. Flexible availability across 7 days, weekends and public holidays, and a willingness to grow

Qualifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) required.
• Certificate II in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of Food & Beverage service experience in hospitality.
• Good availability across seven days (weekends and Public Holidays).

Responsibilities

• Take drink and food orders from guests.
• Assist customers with enquiries and provide service.
• Process sales through the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Promote a safe workplace by identifying hazards.

In this role you will be responsible for taking drink and food orders, assisting customers with enquires, processing sales through POS system, maintaining a clean work area, and promoting a safe workplace by identifying hazards. The right candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer support. You will have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to contribute to our vibrant, incredible team.

Pre-requisites:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
• Certificate II in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years experience in Food & Beverage Service in the Hospitality Industry
• Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays)
