Job summary
Caloundra RSL Club invites applications for a Front of House Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will take drink and food orders, assist guests, process sales through the POS, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
We value motivated individuals with RSA and a Certificate II in Hospitality Operations, plus 1–2 years in Food & Beverage service. Flexible availability across 7 days, weekends and public holidays, and a willingness to grow
Qualifications
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) required.
- Certificate II in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of Food & Beverage service experience in hospitality.
- Good availability across seven days (weekends and Public Holidays).
Responsibilities
- Take drink and food orders from guests.
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide service.
- Process sales through the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Promote a safe workplace by identifying hazards.
