Job summary

Caloundra RSL Club is seeking a Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our hospitality team in Caloundra. You will deliver gaming services to Members and Guests, take drink and food orders, and help maintain a friendly, well‑organized gaming lounge.

Shifts may extend to 3 AM on Fridays and Saturdays; RSA and RSG certificates are required, along with 1–2 years of beverage/gaming experience and a police check. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Beverage Service / Gaming Services in the Hospitality Industry.
• RSA and RSG certificates required.
• Current Police Check and availability across 7 days including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide gaming service to Members and Guests in Gaming and Cashier areas.

Bar & Gaming Attendant

In this role you will be responsible for provision of gaming service to Members and Guests in Gaming and Cashier areas, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the gaming lounge, taking drink and food orders, assisting customers with enquires, promoting a friendly, well-organized operation for all members and guests, while maintaining a safe, clean working environment.

Pre-requisites:

• Please note that gaming shifts will often require working until 3 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) & Responsible Gambling Services certificate (RSG)
• 1 – 2 years experience in Beverage Service / Gaming Services in the Hospitality Industry
• Current Police Check
• Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays)
