Job summary

Campus Living Villages in Sydney is seeking a friendly, resilient Customer Support Officer to greet residents, visitors, and prospective customers. You’ll handle front desk enquiries, support the day-to-day operations, and ensure accurate administration and records.

As the first point of contact, you’ll contribute to a positive resident experience, support room inspections, and collaborate across the village team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, or administration.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to learn new systems and technology quickly.
• Resilient, proactive and adaptable with a practical approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of the village front desk and deliver excellent service.
• Assist residents and visitors with enquiries and information.
• Manage administration and customer records with accuracy.
• Support room inspections and resident arrivals/departures.
• Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and sound judgement.
• Support wider team to ensure smooth village operations.
