Job summary

Campus Living Villages seeks a part-time Customer Service Agent to join our on-site team at our Parramatta village. The role covers Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 7am to 3pm, delivering friendly reception service and assisting residents with enquiries and information about services and facilities.

You will help with tenancy inspections, maintain accurate records, and uphold policies while supporting village management with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an accommodation setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database management systems, web content management systems and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors at reception, providing a friendly and helpful experience at all times.
• Assist residents with account enquiries, information on support services, local area information and facilities information.
• Assist with property inspections during tenancy, pre and post arrival.
• Ensure that high levels of detail and accuracy are applied to customer records.
• Ensure all associated policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide accurate and timely information to prospective residents.
• Promote a customer first culture and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Support village management with other operational activities throughout the village.
• The responsibilities of this role may evolve based on the changing needs of our residents and the business.
