Job summary

Scape Australia is seeking a casual Customer Experience team member in Sydney to be the friendly face for residents, visitors, and stakeholders. You’ll handle front-of-house duties, support housing operations, and help deliver a welcoming, vibrant student community.

You’ll engage with young adults, manage inquiries with professionalism, and contribute to events and programs while upholding Scape’s community standards.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a casual front-of-house role across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors at front-of-house and manage check-ins/outs.
• Build connections with residents and respond to inquiries with care.
• Handle leases, accounts, and records with accuracy.
• Support events and student programs to foster a vibrant community.
