Job summary

Campus Living Villages Australia is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our on-site team in Sydney. This permanent part-time role covers Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 7am-3pm, delivering a warm, responsive experience to residents and visitors.

You will greet residents, handle enquiries, provide information on services and facilities, and assist with tenancy inspections. Strong communication, organisation and computer literacy are essential, plus a National Police Clearance.

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an accommodation setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors at reception, providing a friendly and helpful experience at all times.
• Assist residents with account enquiries, information on support services, local area information and facilities information.
• Assist with property inspections during tenancy, pre and post arrival.
• Ensure that high levels of detail and accuracy are applied to customer records.
• Ensure all associated policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide accurate and timely information to prospective residents.
• Promote a customer first culture and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Support village management with other operational activities throughout the village.
