Job summary

Peninsula Plus is seeking a warm, people-focused front-of-house professional to join our Mornington Peninsula clinics, Mornington and Frankston. You will greet clients, manage bookings, and support our therapists to deliver excellent care in a friendly, efficient environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to coordination with referrers and team members. Prioritising tasks and maintaining a paper-free workflow are key to success.

Qualifications

• Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required.
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and referrers.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team within a paper-free practice.
• Experience with Medicare claiming and familiarity with practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front-of-house enquiries.
• Coordinate appointments and support therapists to ensure seamless client experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain organised reception area.
• Support Medicare claiming processes and liaison with referral sources.
