Job summary

Mantra Mackay is seeking a friendly Front Office & Guest Services professional to join our team as a Fulltime Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist. You will greet guests, check them in/out, handle inquiries, and coordinate reservations with a welcoming, can-do attitude.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, familiarity with Opera or similar systems, and Australian working rights.

We are currently seeking a Fulltime Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

What we are looking for:

• A customer service-focused individual with strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
• A passionate team player who can bring a smile to both colleagues and guests
• Someone with positive energy and a can-do attitude, consistently brought to every shift
• Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry
• Experience with Opera or similar systems (highly regarded)
• Full Australian working rights, with availability to work across a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays.
• Flexibility to assist across other departments of the hotel as required

As our next Guest Service Agent, you will:
