Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles within accommodation or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized and efficient during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate the day-to-day front desk reception.
• Assist prospective residents and visitors professionally.
• Provide customer service in the accommodation environment.
• Experience in a University environment is highly regarded.
• Prior knowledge of RMS is an advantage.
