You will thrive in a changing environment, remain calm under peak periods, and bring solid customer service experience in accommodation; RMS knowledge is a plus, and university-sector experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check (VIC)
• Valid RSA

Responsibilities

• Operate the day-to-day front desk reception.
• Assist all prospective residents and visitors in the most efficient and professional manner
• Customer service experience in the accommodation industry
• Experience in a University environment (highly regarded)
• Prior knowledge of RMS is an advantage
• Be culturally aware/competent and understanding towards different cultures
