Novotel & ibis Sydney Darling Harbour, part of the Accor group, is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent. The role involves handling phone, email, and live inquiries, guiding guests to choose options that best fit their needs, and entering details accurately into our reservation system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding reservations and inquiries.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate options based on their needs and preferences.
• Input and update reservation details accurately in the system.
• Provide information about available services, promotions, and special offers.
• Modify or cancel reservations as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, front desk) to meet customer needs.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner.
