Hilton Sydney is seeking a Front Office / Guest Service Agent for a part-time role. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries to provide memorable hospitality experiences.

You will deliver a warm welcome, promote hotel services, and use upselling techniques to enhance revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest service or front office role within hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS and general front office procedures.
• Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and passion for exceptional guest service.
