Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Corporate Concierge to join our Perth team. You will be the face of a premium corporate workplace, delivering a welcoming and seamless experience for clients, visitors and employees.

You will manage front-of-house operations, coordinate meeting rooms, support workplace events and assist with day-to-day office activities. Alternating weekly shifts and a dynamic, customer-focused environment characterize this role.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in reception, customer service, hospitality or administration roles.
• Professional presentation with a polished corporate demeanour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome visitors, clients and employees with a professional and friendly approach.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor requirements.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Manage mail, deliveries and courier services.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team.
• Organise access passes for employees.
• Assist with day‑to‑day office operations and facilities coordination.
• Occasionally provide cover at our Osborne Park location.
