Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Perth is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Corporate Concierge to be the face of our premium office. In this role you’ll welcome visitors, handle calls and emails, coordinate meeting rooms and support day-to-day office operations across a busy corporate environment.

This full-time position at 140 William St requires professional presentation, a minimum of three years’ experience, and the ability to work alternating weekly shifts 7:30am–3:30pm and 9:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in reception or admin roles.
• Professional presentation with a corporate demeanour.
• Ability to work alternating shifts and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
• Manage calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team.
• Organise access passes and facilities coordination.
• Occasionally cover Osborne Park location.
