Job summary

Ligentia, a global supply chain solutions provider, is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our regional freight forwarding and 3PL portfolios in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will identify new customers, own the sales cycle, and build multi-service partnerships across ocean, air, customs, and inland transport.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in freight and logistics sales, a collaborative mindset, strong CRM experience, and the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in freight & logistics or freight forwarding sales.
• Collaborative team-player with ability to expand multi-service accounts.
• Proven success in winning new business and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business across full-service offerings.
• Own the sales cycle from qualification to close and implementation support.
• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through networking and referrals.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell.
• Represent Ligentia at industry events and develop your professional network.
