Ligentia Group seeks a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across our Oceania footprint. You will win new customers in freight forwarding, 3PL warehousing, and customs, then build multi-service partnerships that create supply chain value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in freight & logistics or freight-forwarding sales.
• Collaborative, proactive and client-focused approach.
• Proven ability to win and grow multi-service accounts.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identifying, pursuing and closing new business across our full-service offering.
• Owning the full sales cycle—from needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, close & implementation support.
• Building a self-generated pipeline through networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Growing existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell across the service portfolio.
• Partnering with Operations, Account Management, Customer Service & Solution Design; representing Ligentia at events.
