Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking a dedicated Franchise Manager to join our team on a full-time basis to support a national franchising business with franchises across Victoria and Western Australia.

As Franchise Manager, you will partner with franchise owners to elevate store performance, strengthen operational standards, and bring our brand experience to life for every customer.

This role requires travel across states and a proven track record in franchise or retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar franchise/retail management role.
• Willing to travel regularly to multiple states.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs.
• Analytical with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a police check.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to grow sales, margin and profitability.
• Analyse store performance data and translate insights into improvements.
• Oversee product mix, merchandising, promotions and seasonal execution.
• Coach store teams to improve key retail metrics.
• Visit stores regularly to audit standards and execution.
• Ensure stock management and replenishment meet brand standards.
• Support new store openings and onboarding of franchise partners.
• Serve as communication link between head office and franchise network.
• Identify risks and opportunities across the network.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and legal requirements.
