Job summary

Zarraffa's Coffee is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive franchise growth and profitability across its national network. You will partner with the Operations team to coach franchisees, monitor store KPIs, and implement growth initiatives while travelling to stores across Australia.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership in QSR, 2+ years as a BDM in a franchised setting, strong financial acumen, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' leadership experience in the QSR industry.
• 2+ years' experience as a BDM within a franchised business.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Current driver's licence.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to stores across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across the network.
• Support franchisees in driving business growth and profitability.
• Coach and mentor franchisees and store managers.
• Travel extensively to allocated stores across Australia.
