Job summary

Zarraffa’s Coffee is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across its franchise network. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will work with the Operations team to support franchisees, improve profitability, and deliver operational excellence across stores.

The role requires extensive travel nationwide, analysis of store performance, KPI monitoring, brand governance, and mentoring franchisees and managers to lift sales, customer experience, and long‑term business

Qualifications

• 5+ years' leadership experience in the QSR industry.
• 2+ years' experience as a BDM within a franchised business.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to stores across Australia.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Support existing and prospective franchisees in driving business growth.
• Develop and monitor store-specific KPIs.
• Coach and mentor franchisees and store managers.
• Travel extensively to allocated stores across Australia.
• Analyse store financial performance and key metrics to drive growth and profitability.
• Uphold brand standards and customer experiences across the network.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement best practices and governance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate operational risks.
