Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support Franchise Partners across NSW, including regional stores, to drive sales and brand engagement. You will execute partner business strategies and assist with new store openings while coaching teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires hospitality/food & beverage background, 1–3 years multi-site/franchise experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years multi-site/franchising experience.
• Background in hospitality or food and beverage essential.
• Ability to travel between stores within NSW.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to undergo Police Checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Support Franchise Partners across NSW stores to drive sales and brand engagement.
• Partner with Franchise Partners to execute business strategies.
• Support New Store Openings as part of growing network.
• Conduct store audits and provide coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with legal, WHS, and food safety standards.
• Assist onboarding and training of new Franchise Partners.
• Collaborate to measure success and manage local area marketing.
• Support recruitment of in-store team members.
• Build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders in the region.

Your New Position

As a Franchise Business Consultant, you are experienced, energetic and eager to climb the ladder and take the next step in your career, have a hands-on approach, understand the importance of working side-by-side building and growing Franchise Partner success. You will be responsible for:

Supporting Franchise Partners across stores in NSW, including regional stores to drive sales and engage with our brand, products, display, presentation and customers daily

Partnering with our Franchise Partners to execute the individual business strategies

Supporting New Store Openings as part of our growing network

Completing store audits, providing industry leading coaching and training to address development areas

Ensuring obligations to legal, WH&S, Fair Work,Food Safety, policies and procedures are coached and trained on, then consistently met in the stores

Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Franchise Partners

Partnering with Franchise Partners to measure success and manage local area marketing

Supporting the recruitment of in-store team members as required

Building long lasting, supportive and professional relationships with all stakeholders within the region

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role you will need food and coffee retail experience and be passionate about coaching and developing. You will be a driven and determined person that is looking to make their mark with this exciting brand and the ideal candidate will understand that their time will need to be flexible to foster the support required to the network.

You will possess the following competencies and behaviours;

Minimum of 1-3 years multi-site / franchising experience

A background in hospitality or food and beverage essential

The ability to travel between stores within NSW

Proven experience achieving sales targets, KPIs and maximising profit

Strong interpersonal, coaching and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and demanding environment

Ability to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
