Job summary

Apollo Blinds is seeking a Franchise & Branch Operations Manager to lead the performance of company-owned branches and to drive franchise growth across the network. Reporting to the CEO, you will coach Branch Managers, align operations with brand standards and coordinate business planning for sustainable expansion.

You will combine operations, sales, business development, and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and profitable growth across NSW and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-site retail or service networks.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with track record of improving performance.
• Demonstrated success in coaching teams and driving franchise growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch Managers to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor performance and implement growth strategies across branches.
• Conduct regular visits, reviews and business planning sessions.
• Ensure consistency in customer service, operations and brand presentation.
• Drive accountability and a high-performance culture across all branches.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of branch teams.
• Facilitate franchise growth opportunities and onboarding of new partners.
• Develop revenue growth strategies across branches and the franchise network.
• Analyse sales data and coordinate local area marketing initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
