Job summary

Apollo Blinds in Australia is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth across sales, marketing and franchise performance. You will report to the CEO and drive revenue growth, lead generation and brand development through integrated campaigns and data-driven insights.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, coordinating with franchisees, suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimise the customer journey and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager or similar leadership position.
• Strong understanding of sales management, lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing digital marketing channels and campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field.
• Experience in franchising, retail, home improvement, building products or consumer products.
• Experience supporting multi-site or franchise networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support franchisees and sales consultants with coaching, tools and best-practice processes.
• Establish and track KPIs, sales targets and performance metrics.
• Improve lead conversion and customer acquisition outcomes.
• Enhance the customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, social media and email marketing.
• Drive lead generation initiatives and customer engagement programs.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal activities.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies, creative partners and suppliers.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
• Prepare sales and marketing performance reports.
• Analyse customer, sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
