Job summary

Truckline in Brooklyn, VIC, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Brooklyn branch, driving sales, margins and operational excellence.

You will manage a team across sales, warehouse and branch operations while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with key clients. This hands-on role offers growth within the Australian business and a pathway across Bapcor brands.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Experience managing branch, warehouse, retail or trade operations.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of financial performance, margins and account management.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong understanding of Work Health & Safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a high-performing branch team.
• Managing branch sales, profitability and operational performance.
• Monitoring sales and margin performance and implementing improvement strategies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand market share.
• Managing branch inventory, stock control and stocktakes.
• Overseeing warehouse operations, safety and security standards.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and Work Health & Safety requirements.
• Managing branch administration, reporting, invoicing and debtors.
• Conducting regular team meetings, coaching and performance reviews.
• Supporting and developing team capability through training and mentoring.
