Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch or business unit in a regulated, customer-facing environment.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Strata Managers and associated roles, maintaining performance and culture.
• Oversee branch financials including budgets, revenue, and cost management.
• Drive growth through new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Embed improved systems and AI/tech-enabled workflows across the branch.
