Jobgether, partnering with a European software company, seeks a Founding Account Executive based in Australia to build a scalable sales engine from the ground up. You will lead new business development, nurture inbound leads, and close high-value deals while shaping pricing and packaging with the founders.

• German language proficiency at native/C2 level and English communication.
• Proven ability to independently manage full sales cycle (discovery to close).
• Experience with CRM records, pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales process discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities and convert qualified inbound leads.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding teams and product modules.
• Own the complete sales cycle from discovery, demos, proposals, security reviews, to closing.
• Build and document repeatable sales processes, pipelines, and handover routines.
• Collaborate with founders to influence pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategy.
