Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Founding Account Executive in Australia to build a scalable sales engine for a European software company. You will drive new business, close deals, and expand accounts across scheduling, CRM, communications, AI-powered notes, e-signatures, and invoicing.

You will work directly with the founders to influence pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy, while creating foundational sales processes for future expansion into Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–8 years of B2B software sales experience, including at least 2 years closing deals.
• Native-level German or German at C2 level with good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from discovery to contract signature.
• Manage new business development and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with founders on pricing, packaging and GTM strategy.
• Build repeatable sales processes and CRM standards.
