Wayne Phillis Automotive in the southern suburbs of Adelaide is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Consultant for Ford and our multi-brand showroom. You will join a high-performing family team with a track record of excellence and strong training support.

This role offers a five-day week with Sundays off, an outstanding bonus system, and a fully maintained company vehicle. Relevant experience is valued, and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new vehicle sales and close deals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth pre-delivery and post-sale communications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.
• Work within a high performing team and contribute to a positive showroom environment.

Wayne Phillis Automotive is a Family owned and operated multi-franchise vehicle dealershipbased in the southern suburbs of Adelaide for over 40 years, consisting of Ford, Isuzu, SsangYong, Kia, Geely and GAC.

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Ford Dealership as a New Vehicle Sales Consultant. You will be working with a team who has been awarded the highly prestigious Ford President's Award for the last two years – 2024 & 2025.

In-house training supplied

In return you will be part of a high performing team environment with ongoing support and training.

A generous package including an outstanding bonus system, commensurate with your experience, will be on offer with the use of a fully maintained company vehicle. Resulting in the potential to earn in excess of $115k including superannuation.

Our sales teams are supported by a delivery co‑coordinator who manages your pre‑delivery and post‑sale communications, leaving you quality time to concentrate of selling MORE cars.

Experience within the automotive industry is highly desirable but not essential, however all applicants must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Salespeople currently working in retail, in particular Harvey Norman, Good Guys, 4wd specialists are encouraged to apply - 5 day week - NO SUNDAYS
