Avani Cypress Lakes Resort in New South Wales, Pokolbin, seeks a service-driven Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee daily operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This full-time role leads a small team, mentors staff, and ensures high standards of guest service and hospitality.

You will supervise service, demonstrate menu knowledge, manage rosters, and support management with reporting and stock control while upholding RSA, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team in a hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality guest service consistently.
• Strong communication and professional presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the F&B team to ensure professional, efficient, high-quality service.
• Assist with guest orders and accommodate guest preferences.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and confidently recommend options to guests.
• Oversee serving of food and beverages, maintaining standards and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and training as required.
• Assist with rostering, shift coordination, and workflow planning.
