As a Food & Beverage Team Leader,you play a significant role in organising various dining experiences. Your primary goal is to guide a cohesive team, ensuring smooth food and beverage operations. Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table & event service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting skills
• Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
