Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and ensure outstanding service across dining experiences in Western Australia. You will guide a diverse team, set service standards, and drive guest satisfaction during peak periods.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for hospitality, proven team leadership, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality and food sector.
• Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
