Accor Apartments & Realty in Australia is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to warmly welcome guests and guide them through our culinary offerings. You will recommend standout dishes and beverages and contribute to memorable events.

The role requires delivering table service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting skills, with flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. RSA qualification is preferred to operate legally.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued).
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory.
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
