Job summary

Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas, part of Accor, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and deliver memorable dining experiences. You will guide a unified team, uphold high standards of quality, and ensure guest satisfaction across Peak service times.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated genuine passion for the hospitality and food sector.
• Experience guiding and empowering teams with focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays.
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/state/territory.

Job description

Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas is nestled in the serenity of Noosa National Park offering a range of premium accommodation from studio to four bedroom Apartments and Villas. Park & Cove situated atop of Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas offers dining experiences for up to 80 patrons with a philosophy that celebrates the people, produce, history and culture unique to the Sunshine Coast. Surrounded by nature, in Noosa you will find a tapestry of waterways, untouched national parks and wide-open beaches to explore and make your own during your down time.

Purpose

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining the establishment's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take the reins during busy service hours at the front of the house, setting the pace and leading by example
• Collaborate with your team to spark motivation and attain exceptional results together
• Contribute to creating schedules, nurturing team growth, and harmonising departmental efforts
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story
• When challenges arise, your ability to transform obstacles into opportunities shines
• Guide your team in attaining service excellence while actively seeking out information to enhance your product knowledge

Skills And Experience

• Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitably and food sector
• Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
