Job summary

Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas, located in Noosa Heads, is seeking a Concierge to elevate guest experiences with personalised assistance, local insights, and exceptional service. You will assist with transport, recommendations, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• A track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and excelling in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have a good grasp of local knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and improve current knowledge.
• Driver's licence required to drive onsite buggy.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible rotating roster, including evening, weekend and public holiday shifts as required.
