Job summary

Accor's Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas invites a proactive Concierge to elevate guest experiences with personalized assistance, local insights and seamless service during their stay. You will engage guests with warmth, guide them to must-see local spots, and coordinate requests to ensure comfort on-site.

This role requires a friendly, proactive professional with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions or ability to learn quickly.
• Driver's license required to drive onsite buggy.
• Willingness to work a flexible rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Job description

Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas is nestled in the serenity of Noosa National Park offering a range of premium accommodation from studio to four bedroom Apartments and Villas. Park & Cove situated atop of Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas offers dining experiences for up to 80 patrons with a philosophy that celebrates the people, produce, history and culture unique to the Sunshine Coast. Surrounded by nature, in Noosa you will find a tapestry of waterways, untouched national parks and wide-open beaches to explore and make your own during your down time.

Purpose

As Concierge, you will be the face of hospitality, responsible for elevating our guests' experiences to the next level. You will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance, local insights, and exceptional service, turning each guest's stay into a memorable adventure.

Primary Responsibilities

• Foster genuine connections with guests, making them feel valued and comfortable during their stay
• Assist guests with transport and travel arrangements, luggage delivery and storage, parking and valet services
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Offer expert recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
• Promote seamless communication and cooperation among departments, including Housekeeping, Front Office (including Reservations), and Maintenance

Skills And Experience

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• A track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and excelling in high-pressure situations
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Have a good grasp of local knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and improve current knowledge
• Drivers licence required to drive onsite buggy
• Willingness to embrace a flexible rotating roster, including evening, weekend and public holiday shifts as required
