Job summary

CSC Group is seeking a confident Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead Bar, Café and Restaurant operations across its Queensland venues. The role focuses on delivering a fun, energetic team environment and exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop staff, maintain standards, and collaborate with onsite leadership to drive club success while working evenings and weekends as required in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of hospitality roles.
• RSA/RSG and Food Safety certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front for Bar, Café and Restaurant operations to maintain a lively, safe and welcoming atmosphere.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members to deliver great service.
• Set the standard for outstanding guest experience and ensure guests feel welcomed.

About You

• You have experience leading and motivating a team.

• You’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

• You have experience in a fast-paced food and/or beverage environment.

• You’re comfortable using POS and food and beverage systems.

• You have the leadership skills to coach and mentor a diverse team.

• You hold, or are willing to obtain, an RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate.
