Job summary

CSC Group is seeking enthusiastic Gaming Attendants at North Lakes to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the gaming floor and dining areas. You will handle orders, assist players, and ensure fast, friendly service in a lively club environment.

Ideal candidates will have RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates (or willingness to obtain). Flexible evenings/weekends and a neat, professional appearance are essential for success in this energetic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates required or willing to obtain
• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends
• Experience in a gaming environment preferred
• Strong customer service focus and team spirit
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards

Responsibilities

• Capture food and drink orders and relay to kitchen/bar accurately and promptly
• Handle cash and gaming transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Deliver meals and beverages with speed while maintaining high energy and positive vibe
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Keep work areas clean and tidy, complying with safety standards
• Create a safe, welcoming entertainment environment and assist patrons as needed

What to expect:

• Customer Service Excellence: Impress our guests with your warm, engaging, and speedy service, turning every visit into a memorable and delightful experience.
• Service and Order Handling: Efficiently capture food and drink orders, collaborate with your team to get them to the kitchen or bar, and deliver the goods with speed, all while keeping the energy high and the vibe fun!
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside our kitchen crew, bartenders, and all-star colleagues to create a seamless, efficient, and high-energy work environment!
• Cleaning Duties: Keep the vibe fresh and sparkling by handling routine cleaning tasks.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cash and gaming transactions for players on the gaming floor, including processing payouts and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Create a Safe Entertainment Environment: Identify and assist patrons who may not be having the intended enjoyable experience we aim to provide in our club.
