Job summary

CSC Group operates the North Lakes site and is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional dining experience every time. You will be based at North Lakes Sports Club and drive guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and staff development.

You will model our values and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring service excellence in a high-volume, full-service environment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• RSA required or willing to obtain
• RSG required or willing to obtain
• Police Check required or willing to obtain
• Food Safety Certificate required or willing to obtain
• Proven experience managing a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong attention to detail and presentation

Responsibilities

• Lead the team at North Lakes site to deliver an exceptional dining experience
• Inspire and mentor staff to achieve service excellence
• Ensure high service standards and compliance with safety and quality policies

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, who will lead the team at our successful North Lakes site. You must be able to provide an exceptional dining experience, every time. Plus, you will possess the skills to inspire your team to do the same!

About you:

• · You will need to fit in with our groupwide values of Connected, Aligned, Respectful, Engaging and Supportive.
• · Excellent personal presentation.
• · Proven experience of managing a high-volume restaurant.
• · Experience in large volume, a la Carte, full table service environment.
• · Ability to guide and mentor your team with your leadership skills.
• · Strong attention to detail
• · Experience in training existing and new staff.
• · Currently hold or willing to obtain an RSA, RSG, Police Check and Food Safety Certificate.
