Job summary

CSC Group in Brisbane North Lakes is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our busy restaurant and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will motivate your team, maintain service standards, train staff, and ensure compliance with RSA, RSG, Police Check and Food Safety where required. A background in high-volume, à la carte venues is preferred, with a focus on customer satisfaction and staff development.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, who will lead the team at our successful North Lakes site. You must be able to provide an exceptional dining experience, every time. Plus, you will possess the skills to inspire your team to do the same!

About you

• Excellent personal presentation.
• Proven experience of managing a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience in large volume, a la Carte, full table service environment.
• Ability to guide and mentor your team with your leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in training existing and new staff.
• Currently hold or willing to obtain an RSA, RSG, Police Check and Food Safety Certificate.
