Job summary

CSC Group in Queensland is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Attendants to deliver outstanding experiences for our members, guests and families. You’ll handle friendly service, order taking, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to keep the energy high and the vibe fun.

You'll work across restaurant, café and bars with flexible evenings and weekends. The role offers internal progression through the Career Boost Program, staff discounts, and community-focused rewards within a valued club

Qualifications

• Current RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificates, or willingness to obtain.
• Barista or gaming experience is a bonus
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, engaging service and deliver memorable experiences.
• Capture food and drink orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Develop menu knowledge to provide spot-on recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high energy and efficiency.
• Perform routine cleaning duties to keep the venue sparkling.

What to Expect

• Customer Service:Impress our guests with your warm, engaging, and speedy service, turning every visit into a memorable and delightful experience.
• Service and Order Handling:Efficiently capture food and drink orders, collaborate with your team to get them to the kitchen or bar, and deliver the goods with speed, all while keeping the energy high and the vibe fun!
• Menu Knowledge: Master our menus so you can wow our guests with spot-on recommendations and make their experience truly memorable!
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside our kitchen crew, bartenders, and all-star colleagues to create a seamless, efficient, and high-energy work environment!
• Cleaning Duties: Keep the vibe fresh and sparkling by handling routine cleaning tasks
