Job summary

Qantas Group in Sydney is seeking a Training Planning Analyst Flight Crew to manage the planning and operational environment for the Training Scheduling team.

You will act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to the Coordinator Training Scheduling and Flight Crew teams on duties, awards, legislation, and department procedures during high training volumes.

Based at Mascot Corporate Campus, the role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and proactive problem solving across the Qantas Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in crew planning and/or operations.
• Thorough knowledge of Australian Industrial framework, policy and CASA regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and operational environment for the Training Scheduling team.
• Act as SME; train Coordinators on duties, awards, legislation and procedures.
• Support training scheduling during high volume periods and engage stakeholders.
