Crunch Finance is an Australian finance brokerage seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. You’ll work with clients to understand goals, assess lending needs and guide them through the loan process, supported by an experienced team and our strong local brand.

This role focuses on new enquiries, existing clients and referrals, delivering personalised lending advice with clear communication and a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or in residential lending.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, or willingness to obtain one.
• Current membership with an industry association.
• Strong knowledge of residential lending products and lender policies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• A client-focused, ethical and solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience using mortgage broking software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial position and lending goals.
• Assess borrowing capacity and recommend suitable lending solutions.
• Prepare, submit and manage loan applications from enquiry through to settlement.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, solicitors, agents and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, including loan reviews and refinancing.
• Stay informed about lender policies, products and industry requirements.
• Meet compliance, service and performance standards.
