Job summary

Award Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Broker to join our national team. With uncapped income potential and lifetime trail commissions, you’ll have access to leads and comprehensive back-office support to focus on client engagement and business growth.

You will source and interview clients, prepare loan proposals and lender recommendations, and liaise with lenders and clients through the full application process while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

• Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPIs.
• Valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview clients.
• Preparation and presentation of loan proposals and recommendations of lenders to clients to ensure they have been fully explained detail to understand the products on offer.
• Liaising with Lenders and Clients throughout the application process.
• Continue to enhance your skills as a Mortgage Broker while building meaningful relationships with external referrers that provide you with high-quality referral clients.
